Svjetski dan migratornih riba

Svjetski dan migratornih riba

PRAVILA NAGRADNE IGRE " VELIKA MIGRACIJA"

Izađite u prirodu i napravite svoju „VELIKU MIGRACIJU“.

Možete slati i pojedinačne i grupne uratke.    Nema ograničenja, važno je samo da bude zabavno i originalno! Možete slati i pojedinačne i grupne uratke.

Najzanimljivije ideje će biti nagrađene na događanju 24. svibnja u ZOO vrtu.

We are pleased to announce that the Zoological Society of London’sEDGE of Existence programme is now accepting applications for 2014-16 EDGE Fellowships. EDGE Fellowships

Join ZSL EDGE programme

The Zoological Society of London’s EDGE of Existence programme (www.edgeofexistence.org) is the only global conservation initiative focusing specifically on threatened species that represent a significant amount of unique evolutionary history. One of the most effective ways in which the programme is working to secure the future of EDGE species is by awarding two-year Fellowships to future conservation leaders (“EDGE Fellows”) working on poorly-known EDGE mammal, amphibian or coral species. We are now accepting applications for the 2014-16 Fellowship Programme.

EDGE Fellows follow a comprehensive two-year training programme comprising:

·         A 4-week Conservation Tools training course at the beginning of the programme to provide Fellows with essential training in techniques to plan and implement their project;

·         A grant of £10,000 to undertake a 2-year project on a top-priority EDGE species;

·         Ongoing technical support/mentoring (achieved via online modules, web-based tutorials/seminars, and field visits) throughout the Fellowship;

·         A 2-week Conservation Leadership training course in London on successful completion of Fellowship to help Fellows prepare for the next stage of their career.

The application form, guidelines, and eligibility criteria are available to download on the EDGE of Existence website (http://www.edgeofexistence.org/conservation/fellows.php) or can be requested from the EDGE Fellows Co-ordinator (Ova e-mail adresa je zaštićena od spambota. Potrebno je omogućiti JavaScript da je vidite.). We strongly encourage applicants to discuss their projects with us before applying, and are happy to give feedback on a draft of the application before the deadline.

The next application deadline is 31st March 2014. All applications will be reviewed by a panel of experts. Successful applicants will be informed by July 2014.

Dear Madam or Sir,

I am writing to draw your attention to the 2nd round of the Klaus Toepfer Fellowship Programme for Future Leaders in Nature Conservation from the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia (2013 – 2015). The extra-occupational programme combines joint learning on key conservation topics with management and leadership training, excursions to leading nature conservation institutions, and a transfer project. Application documents and further information about the programme will be available at www.bfn.de/klaus-toepfer-fellowship.html from 3 May, 2013.

We kindly ask you to disseminate the information about the upcoming application round and the attached programme leaflet through your networks. At the same time, we would also like to invite you to support eligible candidates from your own institution to apply for the Klaus Toepfer Fellowship Programme.

Many thanks in advance for your kind support.

Yours sincerely,
